Medimob Screenings is a digital healthcare provider that empowers individuals to monitor their health through at-home blood tests and diagnostic services. We are committed to ethical business practicesand take a zero-tolerance stance against modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms.
Globally, over 46 million people are victims of forced labor and exploitation. We recognize our responsibility to ensure that our business and supply chains remain free from such abuses.
OUR BUSINESS & SUPPLY CHAINS
- Medimob operates primarily in the UK, with suppliers in the EU and internationally.
- Our supply chain includes laboratories, medical professionals, logistics partners, and technology providers.
- We assess all suppliers for modern slavery risks, categorizing them as high, medium, or low riskbased on industry, location, and labor practices.
OUR APPROACH TO RISK MANAGEMENT
- New suppliers must complete a Modern Slavery Compliance Assessment before engagement.
- Existing suppliers undergo annual reviews to ensure adherence to ethical labor standards.
- We terminate partnerships with suppliers who fail to address slavery or trafficking risks.
- Whistleblowing Policy: Employees, contractors, and customers can report concerns confidentially.
- Ethical Recruitment: We verify the right-to-work of all employees and use reputable agencies for hiring.
- Safeguarding Training: Staff receive training to identify and report exploitation risks.
- The Medimob leadership team oversees anti-slavery efforts, including risk assessments and policy enforcement.
- Compliance is integrated into procurement, HR, and corporate governance.
