Consequences of Violating This Policy
- First Offense: A formal warning and possible temporary suspension of services.
- Repeat or Severe Offenses (e.g., threats, violence, fraud):
a) Permanent account termination.
b) Legal action (if applicable).
c) Reporting to authorities in cases of criminal behavior (e.g., fraud, threats).
Fair Service Expectations
- We aim to provide accurate, timely, and professional service, but unrealistic demands (e.g., insisting on immediate results outside standard turnaround times) may be declined.
