PSA Prostate Health Panel
You don't have to wait for symptoms to check your prostate health.
This panel goes beyond a standard PSA reading. Alongside your PSA level, it checks your full thyroid function (TSH, FT3, FT4) and liver health markers - because thyroid dysfunction and liver stress can affect how your prostate and metabolic health is interpreted. All 11 results are reviewed by a UK-registered GP who writes a personalised report explaining what your levels mean and what to do next.
A raised PSA level does not mean cancer, but it does warrant clinical context. That's what the GP report provides.

Who should consider this panel?
This test is relevant for men aged 45 and over, particularly those with a family history of prostate conditions, Black men aged 45 and over (who have a statistically higher incidence of prostate cancer), men experiencing urinary changes, fatigue, or unexplained hormonal symptoms, anyone on long-term medications including finasteride, testosterone, or thyroid hormone replacements, and those who want a private baseline without waiting for an NHS referral.
Why thyroid and liver markers alongside PSA?
Thyroid dysfunction, including subclinical hypothyroidism, and liver stress can affect PSA interpretation and overall metabolic health in ways that a standalone PSA test cannot reveal. By combining these panels, your GP has a broader clinical picture from which to provide meaningful guidance.
Important clinical context
A raised PSA level does not confirm a diagnosis of prostate cancer. Approximately three in four men with a raised PSA will not have cancer: elevated readings may be caused by benign prostate enlargement, prostatitis, or other non-cancerous conditions. This test provides clinical information to support a conversation with your GP or specialist. It is not a diagnostic service and does not replace NHS investigation or clinical assessment.
All results are reviewed by an independently registered UK GP. Results are for information purposes only. If you have symptoms or concerns, please discuss them with your NHS GP or a qualified clinician.
This product page has been prepared in accordance with ASA CAP Code guidelines for health advertising, CQC patient communication standards, and NHS Prostate Cancer Risk Management Programme (PCRMP) clinical guidance.
Who is this for: people who want to know more about their prostate health, men over 40.
